our phones come in 3 cosmetic conditions and 3 packaging conditions.

Excellent Condition -

Product is like new condition with no to very minimal cosmetic signs of use. see image below for condition example 

 

 

 

 

 

Good Condition - 

Product cosmetically looks like a lightly used device and not like new. Signs of minor scratches visible. However no deep cosmetic scratches or damage. Similar look as a phone you have been taking care of and using for about 6 months.

 

 

 

 

Fair Condition - 

Signs of wear. The body may have a few visible scratches and dents that do not affect performance. For products with screens, the screen may have light scratches, invisible when the screen is on.

 Packaging Definitions:

 

New - Brand new phone sealed in original box

 

Original Box- phone comes kitted with all original acccessories in original retail box.

 

White Box- phone comes kitted with all accessories in white box instead of original provider box.
